   Do I gather this is just the second weekend of ownership? Congratulations.
   We are not so far apart. I live down near Henley in Arden so we may bump into eachother sometime .
   I gather you suffer from the dreaded rot in the rails but at least you know its there. I think it is a question of when not if the problem strikes for all of us.
   Keep your eye open for the Kitcar show at Stoneleigh. It usually attracts one of the largest gatherings of owners and cars in the year.

   Thanks for the contact, hopefully the body shall be off in the next couple of weeks to get a closer look, i was looking at galvanising but recently came across http://www.surfaceprocessing.co.uk/for-cars.html who are quite local to me so may go down this option instead once the rotton rails are replaced, hopefully we can meet up once i am sorted (or when i need some advise when i get stuck),
